Payment
You can pay for your order in the following ways:
- Card payment via the GoPay secure payment gateway;
- PayPal.
All prices shown include VAT at the rate applicable to your country of delivery within the EU. The price you see at checkout is the final price of the product; shipping is added separately and shown before you complete your order.
Shipping
We manufacture every order in our own factory in Prague, Czech Republic, and ship across the European Union. Depending on your delivery country, your order is dispatched via Spring GDS (PostNL group) or GLS. The available carrier, delivery price and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Production time: your custom product is typically produced within 2 business days.
- Delivery time: typically 3–7 business days across Europe, depending on destination (the estimate for your country is shown at checkout).
- Free shipping on orders over €60.
Returns and withdrawal from the contract
Our products are made individually from the photograph and specifications you provide. For this reason they are custom-made goods within the meaning of Section 1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code (corresponding to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), and the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to them. This is stated clearly before you place your order.
Complaints (defective goods)
You are entitled to exercise rights arising from a defect within twenty-four (24) months of receiving the goods.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@paintingo.com with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible — by repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
Please note that our products are stylised, handmade-style renderings of your photograph using the chosen technique (paint by numbers, diamond painting, dot painting, colour dot painting, fuse beads or canvas print). Minor variations in colour rendering inherent to the technique and its palette are a feature of the product, not a defect.
