I can see the date 24, and the name could be Randell, but thats my best guess and I could be completely wrong. One thing I am sure of is the quality of this Impressionist Painting and I am sure it was painted by an artist of note. Measuring 6 by 10 this oil on stretched canvas painting is in perfect condition and there never have been any repairs. It comes in its original 10 ½ by 14 ½ gold gilded frame. There as a couple of small chips to the corner and marks to the surface of the frame, which you can see in the photos.
